Designed for use in background and foreground music sound systems, the CVS 6 speaker pair offers a wide frequency response of 60 Hz to 24 kHz at -10 dB, and 240W peak with 60W continuous power. It is suited for deployment in a wide variety of venues including restaurants, hotels, and businesses.
The speakers’ design comprises a 6″ mid/bass transducer with a coaxial 0.75″ high-frequency driver. A vented, injection-molded, paintable front baffle manufactured from UV- and weather-resistant UL94V-0 ABS material holds the speaker components in place. The mineral-loaded polypropylene cone material and nitrile rubber surround enhance durability.
The CVS 6 speakers come with an integrated zinc-plated steel back can and a recessed termination box. The removable locking connector has screw terminals for secure wire termination and loop-through. A clamping mechanism for use with plenum-rated cable or conduit provides strain relief, while security toggle clamps make for quick and easy installation. Also included in the package are a tile bridge kit and a C-ring for each speaker.

Sold as a pair, the white JBL Control 24CT MicroPlus is a passive 4.5″ low-profile ceiling speaker with a 25W multi-tap transformer designed for voice amplification and background music reproduction in a variety of venues ranging from retail stores to restaurants. When driven by a 70V/100V power amplifier (available separately), the 4.5″ injection-molded graphite woofer and 0.5″ polycarbonate tweeter yield a frequency range of 80 Hz to 25 kHz. A built-in crossover network ensures proper distribution of frequencies to the speaker components.
With a 150° coverage pattern and a depth of approximately four inches, the slim Control 24CT MicroPlus is well suited for installation in ceilings with limited vertical space. Screw-down terminal connections, detachable grilles, C-shaped support plates, tile rails, and cutout templates contribute to easy installation.

The 60W transformer allows the Control 25AV-WH to be driven by 70V, 100V, or 8-Ohm power amplifiers (available separately). Each Control 25AV-WH is equipped with a durable 5.25″ woofer and a 0.75″ titanium-coated tweeter, yielding a frequency range of 70 Hz to 23 kHz, and a continuous program power capacity of 200W.
The 12 dB/octave crossover network ensures proper frequency distribution to the speaker components as well as smooth tone. SonicGuard circuitry protects against damage incurred through overloading without compromising sound quality. The screw-down terminal strip enables simple wiring, and utilizes nickel/zinc terminals for enhanced resistance to rust.
