Convert analog HD video to digital SDI with this Analog to SDI from Cobalt. Use this device to convert video from Betacam SP, VHS, set-top boxes, HDV cameras, and other similar devices. It supports SMPTE 259M and 292M standards and passes Line 21 closed captioning through from input to output.
The converter will accept a YPbPr, RGB, Y/C, CVBS, or S-video NTSC/PAL signal and convert it to the dual SDI outputs. You can also choose to embed SDI audio from the unbalanced RCA analog audio inputs. The converter can be powered using the included power adapter or from an optional mini-USB source, and they can be used together as redundant power.
