Nanlite PavoTube II 15XR Overview

Designed with wireless support for LumenRadio CRMX, the PavoTube II 15XR 8-Light Kit from Nanlite is an efficient solution for both photo and video lighting. The kit contains eight 2′ tube lights with AC adapters, mounting clips, floor stands, and a robust hard case for extra safety during storage and transport. Not just fun to use, each tube light outputs up to 377 lux at 3.3′ at 5600K and offers professional color, control, and power features to make it a valuable asset for anyone. It has an expansive CCT color range of 2700 to 12,000K to handle any ambient light situation or match other fixtures and full spectrum RGB for access to millions of colors and hues.

The 15XR runs on an internal, rechargeable battery that gives you one hour and 26 minutes of runtime at full power while being completely untethered. Full battery recharge is achieved in approximately three hours via the included AC adapter, which can also power the PavoTube II 15XR during longer shoots. You can easily control the tube’s functions onboard or wirelessly via DMX, 2.4 GHz, or Bluetooth using the free NANLINK app. Furthermore, this version comes with built-in LumenRadio CRMX for convenient connection to wireless DMX.

Color and Effects
The PavoTube II 15XR features 0 to 100% dimming, an average CRI of 97 and TLCI of 98, and adjustable color temperature from 2700 to 12,000K with green/magenta adjustment. In addition, it comes with multiple lighting effects to conveniently help you achieve different creative looks.

  • Practical effects include hue loop, CCT loop, INT loop, CCT flash, hue flash, CCT pulse, hue pulse, storm, police car, TV, paparazzi, candle, fire, disco, bad bulb, firework, explosion, and welding.
  • Pixel-based effects include hue loop, CCT loop, INT loop, multi-color, gradient, scrolling, marching, flame, rainbow, and driving.
Second Generation LED and CRMX Control
The PavoTube II tube lights are the second generation of Nanlite’s signature light fixtures. They have been refined based on feedback from creators around the globe with features including DMX compatibility and enhanced app control. Control is also possible via the brand’s separately available WS-RC-C2 remote. Users in need of advanced lighting control will appreciate the addition of wireless DMX via LumenRadio CRMX.
Robust Metal Housing and Mounting
Upgraded metal housing makes worrying about an accidental drop or risky light placements a thing of the past. Three incorporated 1/4″-20 receivers expand mounting options. It also includes T12 clips for vertical or horizontal mounting and floor stands for convenience.
