Alfatron 1080p HDMI to AV-over-IP Encoder with RS-232 Control

Add the 1080p HDMI to AV-over-IP Encoder with RS-232 Control from Alfatron to your network to encode IP video for video walls, streaming, or digital signage. The encoder inputs up to 1080p60 video from an HDMI source and outputs up to 1080p60 resolution video over an IP network. It can also input and embed analog stereo audio via its 3-pin terminal connector.

The encoder supports H.264/H.265 video compression and can send encoded video to the IP2HD decoder over a network for use with digital signage or a video wall matrix. It also supports AAC and LPCM audio formats, and it features a built-in scaler. You can control the encoder using RS-232 with separately available hardware or software, or you can use the VDirector app for iOS to preview your video to control your display setup. The encoder can be powered using the included power adapter or by using PoE (Power-over-Ethernet).
