Built as the beating heart of an Atmosphere distributed audio control system, the Atmosphere AZM4 from Atlas Sound is a 6-input, 4-output, 4-zone audio processor with powerful DSP I/O processing and comprehensive Euroblock and RCA connectivity for a wide range of configurations and spaces. With features like a built-in message player, virtual wall controllers, auto-adaptive noise compensation, room combine, GPIO and high-priority alarm system connections, a bell scheduler, and many more, the AZM4 is a processing powerhouse, capable of handling any system, big or small.

The AZM4 is easy to control through its app-less, web-based programming, which can be accessed via QR code or distributed URL, and two RJ45 ports for connection of up to 16 independent control modules and two audio wall plates at distances up to 1000 ft. A dedicated network port and built-in Wi-Fi deliver plenty of flexibility, making the AZM4 ideal for numerous commercial or private spaces including restaurants and bars, hospitality suites, houses of worship, educational institutions, offices, industrial facilities, and corporate headquarters.

Connectivity
The AZM4 sports enough balanced and unbalanced I/O for any number of scenarios, from multispeaker and multiroom setups  to building-wide message, bell, and alarm systems. 

  • Four Euroblock mic/line inputs and two RCA mono-summed pair inputs
  • Four balanced Euroblock output zones
  • Six GPIO Euroblock inputs, one high-priority Euroblock input for alarm systems, two Euroblock GPIO outputs
  • Two non-IP, RJ45 accessory ports for up to 16 control modules total or one audio wall plate accessory each
  • One RJ45 network port
  • Built-in Wi-Fi for tablets and other controlling devices
Web-Based Control
The web-based control software is completely app-less and works on any operating system or web browser including: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and Linux. It is also optimized specifically for use on Chrome and Safari. 

Access to the virtual wall controller is easy through either a generated QR code or distributed URL address.

DSP Processing
The AZM4 sports plenty of high-quality DSP processing for the inputs and outputs. From numerous EQ options to dynamics processing, the AZM4 is well equipped to dial in an ideal sound for any distributed application. 

  • High-pass, parametric, low/high shelf, notch, and programmable low-pass filters on inputs
  • Gate, de-esser, compressor, and autogain on inputs
  • Parametric EQ, tilter filter, low/high shelf, notch, low-pass and high-pass filters, and AtlasIED speaker tuning EQ presets on outputs
  • Ambient noise compression and limiter on outputs
  • Delay and gain correction on outputs
Control Modules and Optional Accessories
The AZM4 unit is compatible with control modules from numerous third-party developers including RTI, Crestron, Extron, and AMX. Six optional, plug-and-play, smart wall plate accessories from Atlas are also supported for scalability, including:

  • Bluetooth module (A-BT)
  • Single-zone volume controller (C-V)
