Broadcast a high-resolution video source directly to AWS Elemental MediaLive in your AWS account with theĀ Link HDĀ fromĀ AWS Elemental. NOTE: Link requires an AWS account, usage of AWS Elemental MediaLive, and is subject to service charges for operation. Link HD allows you to input HDMI or 3G-SDI source video from a camera or switcher up to 1080p60. It then encodes and outputs the stream via the Gigabit Ethernet output with high-quality, low-bandwidth HEVC/H.265 compression using the Zixi IP protocol to your MediaLive account.
The portable box is compact and can fit anywhere, it’s quick and easy to set up, and it automatically adapts to network issues and changes. When you are connected to MediaLive in your AWS account, the service is configured to live stream for broadcasting and internet streaming aimed at media set-top boxes, smartphones, smart TVs, and other media devices.
It supports a maximum bitrate of 50 Mb/s that can be managed within MediaLive, encodes video with AES-128 and rotating AWS Key Management service, and it streams on outbound IP ports 443, 2088, and 123. Its LED lights provide color and blink variations for power, online status, AWS link status, and streaming status. It features PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) support and you can also power it with the included power adapter.
