Black Box ACS4001A-R2Ā Overview

TheĀ ACS4001A-R2 ServSwitch KVM (DVI/USB) over CATx Dual-Access Extender KitĀ byĀ Black Box, comprised of a local transmitter unit and a remote receiver unit, enables you to access your CPU from either a local or a remote USB keyboard, DVI monitor, and USB mouse. CATx cable (either CAT5, CAT5e, or CAT6) is used to extend the distance from your PC up to 400′. With this extender, you get video resolution of up to 1920 x 1200. The local unit is connected directly to the CPU and the remote KVM console with DVI-D monitor is attached to the remote unit. A local KVM console with DVI-D monitor may be attached to the local unit. This method of dual access enables you to use your computer at either location.
