The new Cisco Catalyst 6509-E Firewall Security System allows customers to order a 10-Gbps system with a single product identifier. The Catalyst 6509-E 10-Gbps bundle includes a fan tray, Supervisor Engine 720-3B, and two Firewall Services Modules (FWSMs). The Catalyst 6509-E bundle can be configured with up to four FWSMs to deliver 20 Gbps of performance.
