The WAVE 64×64 12G-SDI Crosspoint Router from Matrix Switch is a midsize routing switcher housed in a compact 4 RU frame. It provides 64 BNC inputs and 64 BNC outputs that support video signals up to 12G-SDI. Control options include an integrated web browser for IP control, RS-232 and RS-422 serial control, and compatibility with separately available controllers.
Up to 12G-SDI Support
- The high-density WAVE RTR 64×64 router uses full-size 75-ohm BNC connectors to support up to 12G-SDI video signals.
- Supported signals include 3G/6G/12G-SDI, HD, SD-SDI, ASI, and MADI.
Control Options
- The WAVE router’s single Ethernet port can be used for IP-based controls like SW-P-08 and PESA PNET.
- RS-422 and RS-232 communication is supported via 9-pin serial ports.
- It also provides external reference for RP-168 switch point timing.
- Compatible with Digital Wave and most other brands of control panels .
Slim Design
- The slim, compact 4-RU WAVE router has an option for a second AC power supply.
- This fanless unit can be upgraded with a separately available fan kit for use in temperatures above 122° F.
