HP Sprocket Overview
Take the digital memories stuck on your smartphone and turn them into tangible, physical prints wherever you go with the red Sprocket Photo Printer from HP. Super compact and weighing just 6 oz, the Sprocket is designed to go with you everywhere so you can immediately share prints with your friends as you make new memories. Also, it uses a dedicated companion app for iOS and Android that allows you to set up print jobs, add filters and edit your photos, and pull images from social media.
The small size is made possible through the use of ZINK Zero Ink Technology and specialized media that is smudge, tear, and water resistant as well as adhesive-backed. The media measures 2 x 3″, perfect for pocketing, and the printer has a resolution of 313 x 400 dpi. The Sprocket also works quite quickly as it can produce a print in just 40 seconds and can hold up to 10 sheets of paper at a time. Additionally, it features a built-in rechargeable 500mAh lithium-ion polymer battery for a completely wireless solution.
