The 2400 II Duo has a microphone boom that can be rotated 360° as well as a controller that’s built into the headset cable. The 2400 II is future-proof and compatible with all softphone web-clients and contact center platforms including Cisco, Avaya, Genesys Cloud, and Microsoft Teams. A specially designed “air shock” noise-cancelling mic filters out sharp breathing sounds and popping noises often heard in conversations.

When driven by a 70V/100V power amplifier (available separately), the 4.5″ injection-molded graphite woofer and 0.5″ polycarbonate tweeter yield a frequency range of 80 Hz to 25 kHz. A built-in crossover network ensures proper distribution of frequencies to the speaker components.
With a 150° coverage pattern and a depth of approximately four inches, the slim Control 24CT MicroPlus is well suited for installation in ceilings with limited vertical space. Screw-down terminal connections, detachable grilles, C-shaped support plates, tile rails, and cutout templates contribute to easy installation.

The white JBL Control 29AV-1 is a passive 8″ shielded loudspeaker with a low-saturation transformer designed for voice amplification and foreground music reproduction in a variety of indoor and outdoor venues. The 110W transformer allows the Control 29AV-1 to be driven by 70V, 100V, or 8-Ohm power amplifiers (available separately). Each Control 29AV-1 is equipped with a durable 8″ Kevlar-cone woofer and a 1″ titanium-diaphragm compression driver, yielding a frequency response of 43 Hz to 15 kHz, and a continuous program power capacity of 300W. With a rotatable horn, the loudspeaker supports positioning for horizontal or vertical orientation.
The built-in crossover network ensures proper frequency distribution to the speaker components as well as smooth tone. SonicGuard circuitry protects against damage incurred through overloading without compromising sound quality. The screw-down terminal strip enables simple wiring, and utilizes nickel/zinc terminals for enhanced resistance to rust. The supplied InvisiBall mounting system and input panel cover contributes to ease of installation. Thanks to judicious magnetic shielding, the Control 29AV-1 may be placed as close as 9″ to video monitors.

The 25W multitap transformer can support 70 and 100V or direct 8-ohm operation in installed systems, and connection to amplifiers is easy with a convenient 4-pin Euroblock terminal. This speaker is ADA compliant, at less than 4″ deep, and is capable of handling outdoor installations too, with an IP44 water splash rating. The SPL14/T includes a slide-on wall bracket for easy installation, a 4-pin Euroblock plug, and a protective rain cover for the terminal during outdoor use.
