An easy-to-use, dedicated converter that supports up to 1080p60 resolution, the Kiloview Broadcast-Grade HDMI to SDI Video Converter is suitable for use in a myriad of applications, from multimedia to remote learning and video conferencing in a professional environment. It features HDMI, VGA, component, and composite inputs and two 3G/HD/SD-SDI outputs.

The converter uses the embedded HDMI audio or analog audio, via the 3.5mm audio input, and embed either into the output SDI signal. You can configure the unit via the included remote control or a PC to adjust color, resolution, and output to match your needs, and the system supports HDCP 1.1 for content-protected material. The converter comes with a power adapter that supports 110 to 220 VAC and outputs 12 VDC at 1A.

Functions
The Kiloview KV-CV190 is a broadcast-level multifunctional video converter, which can convert HDMI, VGA, and AV(CVBS) to SDI-based coax signal with functions of frame conversion, resolution conversion, image scale up/down, color conditioning, image enhancement, and adjustment.
Versatility
  • HDMI, VGA, and AV (CVBS) signals can be manually specified or automatically identified
  • Supports HDMI audio or un-embedded / analog audio input, embedding it into the SDI signal
  • SD/HD/3G SDI output supported; supports 2 channels SDI output simultaneously
  • Integrated with enhanced SDI line driver, it can ensure SD SDI transmission distance up to 1312′, HD SDI transmission distance 656′, 3G SDI transmission distance 393′, under Belden 1694A or same cable-quality conditions
  • Advanced settings or firmware upgrading is available by connecting PC via USB
Adjustments and Conversions
The converter features professional color adjustment, 3D noise reduction, interlace / progressive video conversion, video scaling up/down conversion, and frame rate conversion.
