The Konftel CC200 is an easy-to-use video-conferencing system with a computer housed inside a compact, high-definition camera. It combines a set of advanced collaboration features with sharp video, crystal-clear audio, and encryption for productive and secure meetings with your remote partners or team members using apps such as Teams, Zoom, Webex, Skype—but without any need for a computer.
Thanks to its clean, stylish design and simple installation, the Konftel CC200 lets you quickly turn any space with a TV or other display into a video-conferencing venue—from home offices to huddle spaces and small meeting rooms. Simply connect it to either your Wi-Fi network or to your modem/network jack using an Ethernet cable. Use the included HDMI cable to connect your screen and you’re ready to start your work-from-home session, distance meeting, or remote learning.
The Android operating system allows you to download supported Android apps and enrich the use of the device with additional functionalities. Upon starting, the Konftel CC200 displays the desktop with collaboration apps (Google Drive, Excel, PowerPoint), your video-conferencing apps, and web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Explorer, Firefox).
The friendly user interface lets you navigate menus, launch apps, and start meetings using the included IR remote control with QWERTY keyboard. Additionally, the unit can be controlled from a compatible touchscreen monitor or an external keyboard & mouse through the USB interface or via Bluetooth with NFC.
The Konftel CC200 offers two video channels: one for the camera and one for simultaneous content sharing. A built-in recorder enables you to record everything you see and hear in a video conference, either to a USB drive (available separately) or a network server.
The unit can be mounted on top of your screen or on a wall using the included wall mount bracket. It is Climate Neutral Certified.

The 4K camera with video resolution of 1080p/30fps brings high-definition image quality to your meetings. Use the remote control to manually set the focus, and digitally pan and tilt the camera. If you prefer, you can also trust the auto-tracking feature and automatic image-quality optimization to do the job for you. The 5x digital zoom and wide, 102° field of view capture everyone in the room, even while social distancing. Up to 132 position presets can be stored and recalled via the remote control.
- The unit features full-duplex transmission that’s entirely free from sound clipping, allowing for fluid conversation both ways. Four built-in microphones and sound optimization through OmniSound technology (with automatic gain control, echo cancellation, and background-noise suppression) efficiently capture crystal-clear speech. Note that the speakers on your display play the audio.
- You can count on sharp video and stable audio, since this dedicated video conferencing device is not reliant on a computer to function as an audio/video platform.
Share Your Content and Optimize Productivity
- To make your collaboration meetings even more productive, the Konftel CC200 allows you to share content through a second video channel. You can share your presentations with all the remote participants by sending it wirelessly via Wi-Fi from your laptop or mobile device to the Konftel CC200.
- The laptop from which the content is to be shared can be wirelessly connected to the Wi-Fi hotspot created by the Konftel CC200 (employing what Konftel calls Wi-Fi Display).
- If your organization requires screen sharing to be done by cable, the Konftel AV Grabber is available separately as an accessory.
Other Accessories for Expanding the Size of Your Meetings
- Out of the box, the Konftel CC200 is ideal for a huddle meeting with up to six people in the room—using the built-in microphones and the speakers of the video screen to which it is connected. If the room is larger, simply expand the audio capacity by integrating a Konftel Bluetooth conference phone (available separately) such as the Konftel EGO or the 55Wx. You can then use both the microphone and the speakers of these phones to extend the effective reach of the conference to additional participants in the room.
