TheĀ Lectrosonics 2-Person SRc Wireless Omni Lavalier Microphone System Kit for SuperSlot DockĀ fromĀ B&HĀ is designed to deliver pristine audio and reliable performance for professional filmmaking and theatrical applications when concealment of the transmitter is paramount.

The kit includes an SRc dual-channel slot-mount receiver and two SSM micro bodypack transmitters, each with a Sanken COS-11D omnidirectional lavalier microphone. Also included is an SRSUPER bottom-plate adapter that allows you to mount the receiver in a SuperSlot wireless dock.

Lectrosonics SRc Dual-Channel Slot-Mount ENG Receiver (A1: 470.100 to 537.575 MHz)

TheĀ SRc Dual-Channel Slot-Mount ENG ReceiverĀ fromĀ LectrosonicsĀ consist of two separate receivers built into a single, ultra-compact housing with adapters for video-camera-receiver slots and for stand-alone use. They can be used when paired with a transmitter & microphone (sold separately) in various environments for ENG (Electronic News Gathering), EFP (Electronic Field Productions) and other audio applications.

Each receiver features Digital Hybrid Wireless technology that provides compandor-free audio quality and compatibility with other wireless systems. The RF performance is stable over a wide temperature range, making the receiver perfectly suited in rough environmental conditions.

The front panel has a menu-driven LCD interface and four membrane switches which are used to view and alter settings. In addition, the LCD window displays the pilot-tone indicator, diversity activity, RF level, audio level, and transmitter battery status for both receivers.

Furthermore, a built-in spectrum analyzer scans across the tuning range of the receiver and displays a histogram of RF activity across the band. Areas of RF activity are easily recognizable. The two internal receivers can be operated separately and both have switching, antenna-combining diversity, or in tandem with ratio-diversity reception.

Finally, a variety of output adapters and mounting options are available for camera-slot operation. The receivers are powered from an external 7 to 18 VDC source.

Lectrosonics SSM Digital Hybrid Wireless Miniature Transmitter (A1: 470.100 to 537.575 MHz)

TheĀ SSMĀ fromĀ LectrosonicsĀ is a miniature Digital Hybrid Wireless Transmitter with selectable frequencies across a maximum tuning range of 76.7 MHz and has selectable 25 or 50 mW RF output power. It can be used in applications where concealment in costuming is required or any other production such as for live stage, theater, houses of worship, reality TV, and more.

The SSM features selectable frequencies in 100 kHz or 25 kHz steps yielding a total of 3,072 available frequencies across three standard frequency blocks. Its lithium-ion battery provides power and sits in a stainless-steel battery door that latches closed and cannot be jarred open accidentally.

The servo bias input that is built into the transmitter accepts mic or line level signals and uses gain adjustments in 1 dB steps. The LED indicators on the membrane keypad allow you to monitor precise gain adjustments and settings. A built-in limiter in the preamp, handles signal peaks over 30 dB. This provides you with the maximum signal to noise ratio and minimum distortion for input, but still provides protection against input overloads.

The SSM is compatible with earlier analog Lectrosonics receivers IFB, and some other receivers, from manufacturers that utilize the DSP emulation mode, which is selectable in the LCD menu. The SSM transmitter housing is constructed of machined aluminum and has a hard, black electroless nickel finish called ebENi.

The SSM transmitter tunes across a range of over 76 MHz. This tuning range covers three standard Lectrosonics frequency blocks
The transmitter operates from a 3.7V rechargeable battery that will provide about four hours of operation per charge
The factory-supplied battery charger provides a folding NEMA 2-prong plug, and will operate from 100-240 VAC sources. The LED glows red during charging and turns green when the battery is fully charged
The LCD is a numeric-type Liquid Crystal Display with screens for adjusting output power, frequency, audio level, low frequency audio roll-off, and various modes and options
The antenna is a flexible whip made of galvanized steel, permanently attached to the transmitter to prevent damage from heavy use. The IR port is capped with a translucent dome material to broaden the reception angle. The input jack is a rugged 3-pin LEMO connector with a threaded locking sleeve
An infrared sync port on the SSM allows for quick setup with compatible receiver systems. A micro-B USB port makes it possible for firmware updates in the field as advanced features are added in the future
The SSM responds to remote commands for frequency, audio level, sleep modes, and other settings from the RM remote unit or 3rd party smartphone apps

Lectrosonics SRSUPER Bottom-Plate Adapter

TheĀ SRSUPERĀ fromĀ LectrosonicsĀ is a bottom-plate adapter for SR receivers used in SuperSlot docks. It includes the end plate adapter, blue bezel, gasket, and hardware set. It can be used in cameras with a SuperSlot Docking System and makes internal connections with a unislot connector.

Sanken COS-11D Omni Lavalier Microphone with Normal Sensitivity & LEMO 3-Pin Connector for Lectrosonics Transmitters (with Accessories, Black)

The blackĀ SankenĀ COS-11D Omni Lavalier Microphone with Normal Sensitivity and LEMO 3-Pin ConnectorĀ for Lectrosonics TransmittersĀ is a subminiature lav microphoneĀ designed to deliver clear, full-bodied sound and reliable performance, making it a popular choice among industry professionals in broadcast, TV, theater, film, videography, and more.

Engineered to meet the standards of modern digital wireless microphone systems, the COS-11D is RF shielded to eliminate interference issues and ensure a pristine audio signal. The microphone capsule features a rectangular design that sits vertically, increasing the surface area and allowing this tiny mic to offer a rich, full sound that outperforms many larger models.

The mic’s 50 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response rolls off extreme low end and provides accurate, transparent audio reproduction with a small presence boost in the 6 kHz area for crisp, intelligible speech. With a forgiving omnidirectional polar pattern that picks up sound in a 360° pattern, levels stay consistent, even when the subject turns away from the mic.

A water-resistant mesh screen protects against humidity, perspiration, makeup, bad weather, and other potential on-location issues, while the durable cable is also moisture resistant and built to stay soft and pliable, even after extended use. This version of the COS-11D terminates in a 3-pin LEMO connector and is wired for use with Lectrosonics transmitters. A metal windscreen, holder clip, rubber mount, and plastic case are included.

LEMO 3-Pin Connector

Compatible Wireless Transmitters

  • Lectrosonics bodypack transmitters and recorders equipped with a 3-pin LEMO connector, including the SSM.
  • Third-party wireless transmitters and portable audio recorders equipped to supply 3 to 10 VDC through a 3-pin LEMO connector wired for Lectrosonics compatibility.

Broadcast-Quality Sound and Dependable Performance

Subminiature Mic with a Big Sound

The camera-ready COS-11D features a subminiature capsule that enables the microphone to be inconspicuous and easily disguised in clothing or costumes. The unique vertical diaphragm design offers a clear and natural sound optimized for the human voice.

Normal Headroom for Standard Speech

This version of the mic features a normal sensitivity setting for standard speech at levels up to 123 dB SPL.

Omnidirectional Polar Pattern

The forgiving omnidirectional polar pattern picks up sound from all around the mic and provides a consistent frequency response, even for off-axis sound. This helps supply clear, intelligible speech and vocals, even when the talent isn’t speaking directly toward the microphone.

Tough, Water-Resistant Construction for Indoor/Outdoor Locations

The water-resistant front mesh screen provides reliable protection from perspiration and moisture, making the mic a solid performer in all kinds of weather. The rugged cable is also built to resist moisture and handling noise and stay pliable, even after repeated uses.
