The A21S from Nearity is an elegant conference speakerphone, featuring sophisticated, second-generation, deep-learning AI algorithms designed to discern and eliminate a wide variety of unwanted noises and deliver clear, intelligible speech for meeting spaces, classrooms, and educational environments. The unit is equipped with an eight-microphone array that picks up audio in a 360° radius at a distance up to 16′ away. A built-in 3W speaker provides a frequency response from 220 Hz to 12 kHz tailored to accurately reproduce the human voice. The A21S is a wired speakerphone and features PoE and USB ports, allowing it to easily interface with networked conference systems. Use the free Nearsync software download for Windows and Mac computers to easily set up and adjust the unit.
Clear and Intelligible Full-Duplex Communication
Advanced full-duplex functionality and high-fidelity full-range speakers allow both sides to speak and be heard simultaneously, essential during intense discussion or brainstorming. The A21S adopts automatic gain control, unique far-field voice processing, and audio clock synchronization technology to achieve uniform sound pickup and amplification, so that speaking in any direction in the conference room is as natural as face-to-face communication.

Loaded with a powerful chipset and advanced deep-learning algorithms, the A21S effectively eliminates acoustic reverberation, echo, and more than 300 common conference room noises including keyboard sounds, footsteps, clapping, and air conditioning noise. The speakerphone is designed to adapt to various room environments, including those near busy streets, with glass doors, and loud AC noises. Despite these challenges, the A21S delivers exceptional audio quality, making it a terrific choice for professional meetings.
Customizable Audio Settings
The system offers USB plug-and-play functionality making it easy to set up and use while also offering flexible installation options. Soft-touch controls on the unit itself allow you to answer calls, adjust the volume, and engage the mute function.

Daisy-Chain Room Expansion
Right-size your audio footprint by connecting up to four A21S units via PoE connection or eight units with a PoE injector to ensure every voice is heard, regardless of room size.
