For a great solution consider the Plustek MobileOffice S800 Card Scanner. This palm-sized and lightweight scanner can easily fit on a desktop, briefcase or just about anywhere else.

The scanner is easy to operate – just insert a card to begin scanning. After the card is scanned, the S800 processes the information (up to 10 cards-per-minute) and the data is SAVED to your computer or laptop. After scanning, the included Hotcard BizCard Finder converts the data into formats including Outlook or Lotus Notes contacts, a CSV file, or a vCard.

Powered via your computer’s USB bus, the S800 does not require external power plugs or adapters.

BizCard Finder, provides Business Card Reading (BCR) Technology and a Photo /Document database for contact MANAGEMENT. BizCard Finder converts contact information on business cards into a convenient, searchable, digital database that can be easily synchronized between PC, NoteBook, and PDA. Features include:
