Qos-Eps XL-16X32 External HDD Overview

Fast-track your 4K and 8K workflows with the Production SAN Box 192TB 32-Bay NAS Server from Qos-Eps. Designed for taxing video work, this server is specifically tailored to handle media from ARRI, Sony, RED, and Canon cameras. Sporting 32 3.5″ drive bays with one 6TB SAS 3.0 HDD each, this SAN Box offers a total storage capacity of 192TB in RAID 6. Two 2.5 GHz Intel Xeon Gold 6248 20-Core CPUs facilitate quick processing, alongside 128GB of error-correcting RAM providing transfer rates up to 5000 MB/s. This server also sports dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GPUs for fast 3D processing and other video applications. Six PCIe x16 slots and one PCIe x4 slot allow for additional upgrades.

Peripherals can be connected via five USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports, or via four USB 2.0 ports. Two RJ45 ports support 10-Gigabit Ethernet, and an additional optical S/PDIF connection enables HD audio transfer via TOSLINK. RAID is controlled via two SAS 3.0 controllers. The Qos-Eps Production SAN Box runs on the Windows 10 Enterprise Operating System and features an 8 RU form factor for easy installation in a server rack.
