The Production SAN Box includes MTI Cortex Enterprise Dailies Software, facilitating editing and media management via a host of tools. Peripherals can be connected via five USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports, or via four USB 2.0 ports. Two RJ45 ports support 10-Gigabit Ethernet, and an additional optical S/PDIF connection enables HD audio transfer via TOSLINK. RAID is controlled via two SAS 3.0 controllers. The Qos-Eps Production SAN Box runs on the Windows 10 Enterprise Operating System and features an 8 RU form factor for easy installation in a server rack.

MTI Cortex Enterprise Dailies Software Suite
MTI CORTEX Enterprise facilitates playback via a multitude of codecs and camera formats, as well as MHL Verification, MD5 copy and archive functions, and support for xxHash checksums and reports. Additionally, this software suite is intended to deliver greater editing capabilities, thanks to support for ASC/CDL and ACES color formats, color exporting and importing, audio syncing algorithms, and dead pixel detection. Data tracking, resizing algorithms, and tools for background editing, media tracing, and other editing functions are also present.
