Conveniently route a stereo source from your Dante or AES67 audio network to stereo analog outputs with theĀ Radial Engineering DiNET DAN-RX2, a compact two-channel Dante network receiver designed for use in live sound, broadcast, and high-tech studio productions. The DAN-RX2 offers a variety of analog output connections, and a host of LEDs for indication of signal status, power, sync, and more.

The built-in, high-resolution D/A converter accepts Dante-/AES67-compliant digital signal at up to 24-bit / 96 kHz resolution via the locking etherCON jack, allowing easy integration into your audio network. Connect the two balanced XLR outputs to an active PA system or audio recorder, and hook up headphones to the 3.5mm and dual 1/4″ headphone outputs for personal monitoring. The headphone amplifier utilizes a switchable on/off function and adjustable level. A ground-lift switch is provided to eliminate hum and buzz caused by ground loops.

The DiNET DAN-RX2 features a powder-coated, 14-gauge steel enclosure for rugged durability and tour-worthy dependability. Power can be supplied via the included 15 VDC power supply or PoE (Power over Ethernet).

  • Converts a stereo digital Dante/AES67 input to a stereo analog output
  • Dante or AES67 audio network easily connects via a Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable (available separately) to the locking etherCON input
  • Balanced 3-pin XLR male outputs send mic- or line-level signal (based upon the level of the audio playback source)
  • Switchable headphone amplifier with adjustable level feeds two 1/4″ TRS jacks and one 3.5mm mini jack
  • Built-in D/A converter supports resolutions up to 24-bit / 96 kHz
  • Ground-lift switch eliminates hum and buzz from ground loops
  • LED indicators for signal presence, clipping, power, sync, and Dante processor status
  • Integrated cable clamp secures power supply cable to prevent accidental disconnection
  • Supports operation via PoE or the included power supply
  • Sturdy 14-gauge steel enclosure finished in a durable powder coat
  • Nonslip pad provides electrical and mechanical isolation, and keeps the unit from sliding around
