High performance Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is a commonly used thermoplastic. It is not considered food safe. Highly durable and more fl exible than PLA, it offers good heat resistance and a smooth fi nish. To avoid warping, a printer with a heated bed is required. The optimum operating temperature is between 230°C and 240°C on most printers.

• For best performance, an extrusion temperature between 230-240ºC and a heated bed temperature of 70°C are recommended
