It doesn’t take much space to add theater-quality entertainment to your home when using the X1000-4K 2400-Lumen UHD 4K Ultra Short-Throw Smart Home Theater Projector with Built-In Soundbar from ViewSonic. Little space is needed because of the ultra short-throw of the 2400-lumen LED light source. From just 15″ away, the X1000-4K can project a 100″ image. You don’t even need space for speakers as the X1000-4K features a built-in 40W Harman Kardon-customized soundbar. The image displayed is made to be lifelike and immersive, with UHD 4K resolution and both HDR and Dynamic Black technologies. You’re spoiled for choice when it comes to content, with multiple connection types, an included Wi-Fi dongle, and 12GB of built-in storage.
Content Delivery
Common ports are conveniently mounted on the front for easy access. Use the three HDMI 2.0, three USB-A, and one USB-C port for connecting a Blu-ray player, gaming console, laptop, hard drive, or mobile device. When using USB-C, the port can even charge mobile devices while streaming. You can also use built-in 5 GHz Wi-Fi to stream or screen mirror, or connect the included Wi-Fi dongle and use the built-in app center.
Bi-Directional Bluetooth
With a built-in soundbar, you can use the X1000-4K’s Bluetooth support to stream music from your mobile device. This support is bi-directional, so the projector can stream music, movie, or game audio to a pair of optional Bluetooth headphones for a more private experience that won’t disturb others in your home.
Phone as a Remote
Use the included backlit remote control or download the ViewSonic vCastSender app and control the projector with your phone over Wi-Fi.
Dynamic Black
Assisting the overall image quality of the UHD 4K HDR projector is Dynamic Black technology. Dynamic Black examines the brightness level of different scenes and automatically adjusts the contrast for increased detail and deeper blacks in dark scenes.
Automatic Backlit Remote
With a built-in G sensor, the included backlit remote automatically illuminates as soon as you pick it up. It also features a coating of silver ions to provide antibacterial properties certified by TUV.
Eye Protection
Dual built-in ultrasonic sensors monitor a wide area around the lens, automatically cutting power to the light source if objects are too close to the lens. An ideal safety feature for small children and pets.
