The Yamaha ADECIA Ceiling Microphone and Line Array Speaker Kit from B&H includes a black RM-CG beamforming ceiling microphone, an RM-CR remote conference processor, a pair of black VXL1B-16P slim, line-array speakers, and an SWR-2311P-10G Dante-optimized network switch with PoE. Yamaha RM-CG Ceiling Array Microphone (Black)

The RM-CG utilizes four auto-tracking beams to track simultaneous speech, allowing the dynamic voice tracking technology to scan for the human voice and ensure lively conversations. Yamaha incorporated several innovative technologies into the system including Adaptive Echo Canceller, Automatic Gain Control, Noise Reduction, and Dereverberation.
The RM-CG interfaces with the RM-CR remote conference processor (sold separately) for automatic detection and configuration. A single PoE cable connection avoids troublesome wiring and enables network audio support and control via Dante. The RM-CG supports three types of mounting methods for use with a variety of ceiling conditions.

The RM-CR is compatible with a variety of optional components, including RM-CG ceiling array microphones, VXL-16P line-array PoE+ powered speakers, and the SWR2311P-10G PoE network switch. The processor automatically recognizes connected devices on the network for audio routing and implements Auto Tuning functions that automatically measures and provides the optimum sound setting for the environment.
The Auto Mixer automatically optimizes the mixing balance of audio input via Dante. Additional I/O is available from USB, VoIP, analog, and Bluetooth. The RM-CR provides standard network audio support for Dante with all compatible devices being connected with a single network cable.
Yamaha VXL1B-16P Line-Array Wallmount Speaker for ADECIA System (Black, Not Sold Separately)
The black Yamaha VXL1B-16P is a full-range, line-array wallmount speaker for the ADECIA conferencing system. Equipped with sixteen, 1.5″ drivers, it utilizes a line-array configuration to reduce sound dispersion in the vertical direction, limit reflections from the ceiling and walls, and prevent sound energy from being dispersed—providing clear sound distribution to all participants in the room.
The VXL1B-16P’s slim, 2″ wide design allows for easy installation in locations with limited space, while complementing the décor of your modern conference room (the enclosure can be easily painted to match surroundings). In addition to the supplied wallmount brackets, a comprehensive range of optional hardware is available separately for convenient speaker mounting and setup in just about any environment.
With audio distributed via Dante and PoE power supplied from the ADECIA switch, the speaker can be integrated in your network, allowing existing IT infrastructure to be effectively utilized.
Yamaha SWR2311P-10G 10-Port PoE+ Compliant Gigabit Dante Managed Switch
Optimized for Dante digital audio networks, the SWR2311P-10G 10-Port PoE+ Compliant Gigabit Dante Managed Switch from Yamaha allows you to quickly operate and manage PoE-compatible equipment such as speakers, microphones, access points, and more. Dante settings are automatically transferred to compatible devices, which helps to simplify installation and management for large conference rooms and other environments. The SWR2311P-10G offers eight PoE-compliant Gigabit Ethernet ports, each capable of delivering up to 30W of power, with a total budget of 240W. Configure the Gigabit combo ports to support additional RJ45 copper line connections or as SFP fiber uplinks.
Complete Network Overview
Using the dedicated Yamaha LAN Monitor software allows quick troubleshooting; you can check the PoE power supply status, turn the PoE power supply on or off, and use the snapshot function to inform you whether a fault has occurred by detecting any difference in the state of the network since it was set up. The web GUI provides a full range of monitoring functionalities, including dead/alive monitoring settings for PoE devices, allowing you to restart the PoE device if a fault occurs, or informing you via email of a fault.
Snapshot Function
You can take a snapshot of the network status when set up as required. The software can then automatically keep track of settings and alert you to any changes. For example, you could take a snapshot of the network, and be alerted if a cable is disconnected, if a device is turned off, or if a wrong connection is made prior to the performance.
Enhanced Device ID with Icons, Labels, and Comments
Identifying devices connected to a switch by only their IP or MAC address can be difficult and prone to errors. Connected Dante devices are identified by a Dante icon as well as a device ID previously set up via the Dante Controller software. You can also enter additional info, such as the location of the device, in the Label and Comment fields.
Intelligent Security Management
Augmenting the VLAN functionality included in the SWR2311P-10G is a built-in RADIUS server function. By setting up one switch as a RADIUS server and linking other switches to it, unauthorized network access can be effectively blocked for enhanced security, even in complex large-scale installations. Device authentication can be set up quickly and easily via a web-based GUI.
Network Visualization
The SWR2311P-10G supports the LAN Map Light visualization function by WebGUI. Switch settings can be made on graphical screens, not by command entry. By utilizing WebGUI, it has extensive monitoring functions, such as PoE device monitoring, restarting PoE devices in case of trouble, setting email error notifications, and more. With Yamaha’s proprietary L2MS communication protocol, you can check the IP addresses of Yamaha network devices and the network devices connected to them. It can be used widely from system design to maintenance.
microSD Card Slot
A microSD card can be used for backing up accumulated data in addition to activating and updating firmware.
