Add the UHD 4K30 AV-over-IP Encoder with RS-232 Control from Alfatron to your network to encode an HDMI signal to IP video for a video matrix or video wall. This encoder accepts video from an HDMI source and outputs video over an IP output, supporting up to UHD 4K30 resolution video using the high-efficiency H.265 codec. It can also de-embed analog stereo audio via its 3-pin block connector for mixers or speaker systems.

This encoder also supports MPEG-AAC and LPCM stereo audio formats and it features a built-in scaler. You can control the encoder using RS-232 with separately available hardware or software, or you can use the VDirector app for PCs, iOS, and Android to preview your video to control your display setup. The encoder can be powered using the included power adapter or by using PoE (Power-over-Ethernet).
