The AVer VC520 PRO is a professional video conferencing system that includes everything needed to get you up and running as quickly as possible for distance meetings and distance learning in medium to large conference rooms and classrooms. It features a high-quality, 1080p full HD PTZ USB camera with an 18x zoom, True WDR exposure control, and SmartFrame technology that lets you clearly see everyone in the room, under any lighting condition. The full-duplex speakerphone is equipped with a powerful speaker and a mic that picks up voice within 360° at up to 15′. With pin-sharp image and crystal-clear audio, the system delivers a life-like audiovisual experience that enhances the quality and productivity of distance collaborations for all participants.
The VC520 PRO is compatible with all your favorite video conferencing apps like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, and more. It quickly connects to any Mac/Windows desktop or laptop via a single USB cable. Ethernet network connectivity enables you to manage and control the camera via a web browser or centralized management software. You can also stream live video content to cloud-based platforms like YouTube and Facebook Live or to your on-premise streaming delivery network.
The included IR remote control allows you to adjust pan, tilt, and zoom positions, as well as tweak other settings, at the press of a button. Up to 10 position presets can be stored and recalled via the remote control.
The speakerphone’s touch controls allow easy muting, volume down/up, call, and hang-up. A mobile phone can be connected to the 3.5mm Phone In port on the speakerphone. Using the line bridging function allows you to combine calls on your computer with calls on your smartphone line.
The camera can sit on your desk or other flat surface. You can also mount it permanently on a wall using the included bracket (or on a ceiling with the optional ceiling-mount bracket). A standard 1/4″-20 threaded screw allows you to mount the camera on a tripod. Kensington slots enable you to lock the camera and speakerphone to prevent their unauthorized removal from your conference room.
The VC520 PRO allows you to stream video in full 1080p high-definition resolution. As the size of your meetings grows, you can daisy-chain up to two expansion speakerphones (available separately) to greatly expand the mic and speaker coverage in your room, and reduce crowding around one speakerphone.Alternately, you can also increase just the microphone pick up coverage by connecting up to four expansion microphones (available separately) to the speakerphone.
The VC520 PRO allows you to customize your meetings by storing up to 10 PTZ camera presets . The presets are easily accessed with one touch of the IR remote, saving you time and providing flexibility to swiftly move the focus of the camera to predetermined locations in your conference room.You can store over 100 presets with RS-232 integration and VISCA control.
The Ethernet port enables you to easily send live video content from the VC520 PRO via cloud-based platforms like YouTube and Facebook Live or to your on-premise streaming-delivery network using an H.264 RTSP/RTMP stream.You can also use the AVer IP Finder app (free download available separately) to find the camera on your network and make a connection through the browser to remotely configure and control the camera.
