BenQ’s HDR-Pro technology uses various features to achieve an immersive level of realism when it comes to picture contrast, such as HDR10+ support, Leading Local Contrast, Dynamic Black, and Tone Mapping.

 

• Leading Local Contrast: Images are divided into 1000+ zones and Local Contrast Enhancer analyzes each one’s brightness to properly adjust gamma zone by zone for improved bright and dark details.
• Dynamic Black: This feature is used by enhanced Tone Mapping to calculate each scene and increase contrast to preserve details in darker areas.
• HDR10+: Dynamic metadata is added to HDR10 source files, which helps the projector adjust and optimize each frame for more realistic contrast.

 

 

Take matters into your own hands with adjustable color temperature tuning, which lets you fine tune the HT3560’s image with 11 levels of white balance controls, which range between high to low brightness.

This mode is designed to represent the director’s intentions by preserving motion cadence, cinematic color, dynamic range, and brightness.

With most movies being shot at 24p, the HT3560 supports 24p playback of HD sources without judder in HDR mode, preserving the authentic movie experience.

• HDR Mode (Wide Gamut On): With a wide 95% DCI-P3 color gamut, 4K HDR Blu-rays and HLG broadcasts can achieve high dynamic contrast and true colors
• HDR Mode: Deliver Rec.709 color accuracy and HDR-PRO contrast adjustment for optimized 4K HDR Blu-ray and HLG content playback in high-brightness environments
• Cinema Mode: To enhance SDR movies with a heightened brightness that works to reproduce Rec.709 color accuracy

• 4K Pixel Enhancer: Detect color changes between objects and backgrounds, using motion-adaptive edge enhancement to produce sharp edges and more precise surface textures
• Motion Enhancer: Remove lag, jittery playback, and blurry motion by inserting 36 interpolated frames between sequences to achieve a smooth 60 fps
• Color Enhancer: Modulation of color algorithms work to accurately reproduce saturated colors, fine gradients, intermediate hues, and subtle pigments in images
• Flesh Tone: Achieve lifelike skin tones by preventing discoloration from projected light

External speakers are optional thanks to the dual 5W built-in treVolo chambered speakers, which combine acoustic and psychoacoustic sciences to achieve immersive sound with deep bass response. In addition, Cinema, Game, Music, and Sports modes use exclusive EQ algorithms by Hollywood studios to increase immersion, clarity, and sound quality.
