The Blonder Tongue NXG-SDI4 module will encode up to 4 channels in MPEG-2, H.264 (AVC), or H.265 (HEVC) video to IP SPTS onto the NXG mainframe backplane for further NXG processing with optional QAM modulation, DRM/CAS, or IPTV multicast or unicast output.

The NXG-SDI4 will accept 4 SD-/HD-/3G-SDI input sources. All major resolutions are supported, 480i up to 1080p60. The NXG-SDI4 Encoder will also encode audio to AC3 (Dolby Digital), AAC, and MP3 formats.
