BZBGEAR 8×8 UHD 4K 18 Gb/s HDMI/HDBaseT Matrix Switch with IR/EDID/Downscaling

Add a matrix switcher to extend video to multiple 4K displays in your event space or video distribution environment with this 8×8 UHD 4K 18 Gb/s HDMI/HDBaseT Matrix Switch with IR/EDID/Downscaling from BZB Gear. The switching/downscaling matrix allows you to connect between up to eight HDMI 2.0b sources with up to UHD 4K60 resolution to eight individual 4K displays. There are also eight HDBaseT outputs that mirror the eight HDMI ports, so you can extend 1080p HDMI video up to 492′ and up to 4K video up to 394′ away using the included receivers. Each receiver features an HDBaseT input, an HDMI output, audio output to speakers, IR ports, and RS-232 control.

This distribution unit supports HDR video including HDR, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG, and it supports digital audio including LPCM, Dolby TrueHD, and DTS-HD Master Audio. It also supports HDCP 2.2/1.x, EDID management, IR matrix, and can be controlled via IR remote as well as via RS-232 or IP control over a LAN. There are eight terminal block and four coax analog outputs to extract embedded audio from your HDMI inputs for output to a mixer or speaker system. The receivers are powered using power-over-cable from the distribution unit, so no additional power adapters are needed.
