The C3850-NM-2-10G module provides four SFP/SFP+ ports which can operate on all the 3850 series switches.

This module has four slots that can support the following combinations:

• 2 slots (left side) support only 1G SFP modules and 2 slots (right side) support either 1G SFP or 10G SFP modules.
• 3 slots (left side) support 1G SFP modules and 1 slot (right side) supports 10G SFP+ modules.

Supported combinations of SFP and SFP+ modules:

• Slots 1 to 4 populated with 1G SFP modules.
• Slots 1 and 2 populated with 1G SFP modules, and Slot 4 populated with one 10G SFP+ module.
• Slot 3 and 4 each populated with 10G SFP+ modules
