Cisco / Tandberg CTS-SX20-PHD12-K9 1-Year Maintenance Hardware Only

Cost for 1-Year Hardware support for (1) Cisco CTS-SX20-PHD12-K9 Codec and 12X Camera. This contract will give you hardware replacement of the SX20 Codec, 12X Camera, remote, mic and power supply for one year.  This maintenance is being offered from Golden Gate Networks NOT Cisco Systems.

It does NOT cover any Cisco software upgrades or updates. You would have to buy a Cisco SmartNet contract CON-PZDN-SX20PHD that cost approximately $950. We can supply you with a quote if needed.

A contract will allow Golden Gate Networks to process 1-2 support calls to trouble shoot the hardware issue. After that, GGN will have 48 hours to ship a replacement item to the customer under contract if needed.
