ClearOne Versa Pro Overview

The ClearOne Collaborate Versa Pro CT is a professional USB-enabled audio-conferencing microphone system with a host of flexible connectivity options. It is designed to dramatically enhance the audio experience with natural-sounding conversations and highly intelligible speech for distance meetings in small- to mid-sized rooms and executive offices.

The Collaborate Versa Pro CT includes a BMA CTH beamforming microphone array with full 360° coverage, full-duplex transmission, AEC (Auto Echo Cancellation), Adaptive Steering, and a 24″ ceiling-tile form factor that blends in with most of today’s drop ceilings. Also included is a Converge Huddle CTH hub with its PoE+ power supply.

Just use a Cat 6 cable (available separately) to connect the mic and the hub to each other and a USB cable (available separately) to connect the hub to the USB port of your laptop or room computer, and you’re all set for productive distance collaborations with crystal-clear room audio—using your preferred cloud-based platform such as Microsoft Teams, YouTube, Facebook Live, WebEx, Zoom, and more.

The converge Huddle CTH hub also provides a variety of analog audio connections including three mic/line inputs with AEC, two line outputs, and a 3.5mm input jack to plug a mobile device. For video-conferencing applications, two USB ports allow you to connect a variety of Unite conferencing cameras, while an HDMI output lets you to use a large display in the room. For convenience, the hub lets you connect all the peripherals to your laptop or room computer via a single USB cable.

You can enhance the functionality of your system with the addition of a Converge wall-mount Bluetooth expander that enables mobile devices to join the conference wirelessly. Also available are the ClearOne ceiling loudspeakers designed to connect to either (or both) the BMA CTH and/or Converge Huddle CTH’s 2 x 10W built-in amplifiers and provide clear sound distribution to all participants in the room.

Full Room Coverage with High Speech Intelligibility

The BMA CTH with built-in Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC), Noise Cancellation (NC), Automatic Level Control (ALC), and beam selection delivers clear, 360° coverage in small- to medium-sized rooms.ClearOne’s approach to beamforming provides a precise beam topology that easily achieves high speech intelligibility—two patterns with either 5 or 6 beams.

Full-duplex transmission is free from sound clipping, allowing for fluid conversation both ways.

Adaptive Steering Technology

Adaptive steering provides full coverage for each participant, great for flex spaces or rooms without a fixed layout. No need for reconfiguration if the seating arrangement is changed. In traditional conference-room settings, this gives the participants the freedom to stand up and move around the room without having to worry about dropping out of the conversation.Adaptive Steering also supports camera tracking, with the microphone following the conversation, leading the camera where in the room the participants are speaking.

Quickly and easily configure the system using Console AI Lite software with Audio Intelligence and Auto Connect technology.Configure the Versa Pro CT directly through the USB port or the RJ45 network Ethernet jack.
