Convert analog HD video to digital SDI with this BlueBox HDMI to 3G/HD/SD-SDI Converter with Audio Embedder from Cobalt. This portable converter inputs an HDMI 1.4a or DVI-D signal via the full-size HDMI input and converts it to dual SDI outputs. It supports SMPTE 424M, 259M, and 292M standards and up to 1080p60 video.

HDMI supports embedded 5.1 channel audio to stereo audio output, and you can also choose to embed analog audio into the SDI output from the unbalanced RCA analog audio inputs. The converter can be powered using the included power adapter or from an optional mini-USB source, and they can be used together as redundant power.
