Company D-Link has introduced a new Powerline adapter with a wireless access point DHP-W306AV. The device allows you to use your existing electrical wiring to create a home or office network data, users connect to a wireless network, as well as to increase the radius of its action. Thanks to easy installation Plug-and-Play technology and support WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), DHP-W306AV is a suitable solution for creating a secure wireless home network when laying copper cables is not possible or economically feasible.

Wireless Interface DHP-W306AV supports IEEE 802.11b/g/n standards and delivers transfer speeds up to 300 Mbps when used with devices 802.11n. It is also equipped with a DHP-W306AV 10/100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet port for connecting digital media devices, computers, game consoles and network storage.

DHP-W306AV compatible with USB standard, HomePlug AV, and provides streaming audio/vidiokontenta in interference from household appliances to the mains. It plugs directly into an electrical outlet and provides a data rate of wiring up to 200 Mbps.

Network adapter supports traffic prioritization, ensuring the work delay-sensitive applications. To protect data transmitted over wired and wireless network, adapter supports AES encryption key length of 128 bits, as well as protocols WEP, WPA/WPA2. DHP-W306AV supports power save mode. If within a period of time not being transmitted or received, the adapter automatically switches to standby mode for energy conservation.
