Enhance your workflow and take on demanding tasks such as video editing and 3D modeling when working on location with the RockeStor 6661A-mSAS3 Thunderbolt 3 to Mini-SAS Hardware Raid Adapter from HighPoint. This portable RAID solution includes two 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 3 ports for connecting to compatible laptops in addition to two external Mini-SAS (SFF-8088) ports, providing direct support for up to eight 6 Gb/s SAS or SATA drives. Install up to 112TB of storage and configure the drives in RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, or JBOD modes to balance between performance and security. Its pre-installed high-performance controller supports multiple RAID configurations simultaneously. With its durable aluminum chassis and small footprint, the RockeStor 6661A-mSAS3 is ready to go wherever you are to take on heavy workloads. The RockeStor 6661A-mSAS3 works with the Windows 8 and macOS 10.10 operating systems or later.

High Capacity
The RockeStor 6661A-mSAS3 supports up to eight 6 Gb/s SAS or SATA drives with a total capacity of 112TB.
Thunderbolt 3
Thunderbolt 3 is a hardware interface that utilizes the reversible USB Type-C connector. Doubling the speed of its predecessor, Thunderbolt 3 features a maximum throughput of 40 Gb/s when used with compatible devices. The connector also transmits data via USB 3.1 at up to 10 Gb/s, and dual-bandwidth DisplayPort 1.2 allows you to connect up to two 4K displays simultaneously. Additionally, you can daisy chain up to six devices from a single Thunderbolt 3 port.
Hardware RAID Controller
The integrated hardware controller allows you to configure one or more configurations, including RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and JBOD.
Storage Management
With a few clicks, you can check available storage capacity, the condition of any arrays and all hosted drives, and enable auto-rebuild and hot spare features for added layers of data security. You can also schedule maintenance sessions and enable email notifications to alert authorized users of changing storage conditions when away from the system.
