Huddly YCK-HUDESB Overview

Designed for easy and flexible audio video collaboration in medium conference spaces, the Huddly Collaboration Kit features the Yamaha ESB-1080 enterprise sound bar and a Huddly IQ USB camera. With HDMI, optical, 3.5mm, and Bluetooth inputs and 120W of output power, the sound bar can accept signal from a variety of devices and provide audibility for everyone in the room. The IQ camera’s 150° diagonal field of view, adjustable digital pan, tilt, and zoom parameters and AI-powered automatic framing ensure that meeting attendees won’t be left out of the shot. The Huddly Collaboration Kit includes optical, USB, and power cables as well as a remote for the sound bar.

Yamaha ESB1080 Enterprise Sound Bar for Conference Rooms (Standard)

The Yamaha ESB1080 Enterprise Sound Bar is a speaker designed to improve the listening experience of your video collaborations with all your favorite communication apps including Skype, Zoom, BlueJeans, Cisco Webex, Google Hangouts, and more. Featuring Yamaha professional technology with two dome tweeters, two cone woofers, two subwoofers, and a bass-reflex port, it delivers a full-range, immersive sound experience for meetings, conferences, E-Learning, and training sessions in small- to medium-sized rooms.

The ESB1080 sound bar offers a range of flexible connectivity options including Bluetooth, HDMI I/O, optical, and analog I/O. Two sound modes are available: The Conference Mode optimized for speech and the Hotel Mode optimized for music and general audio. The included IR remote lets you quickly control the unit including muting, input selection, volume, and more.

Compact and with an elegant design, the ESB1080 complements modern conference rooms and public areas alike. The unit can be easily wall-mounted via its built-in keyholes or placed on a cabinet or shelf.

  • The Hotel Mode is optimized for general audio content with full range sound in lobbies, reception areas, and public spaces.

Flexible Connectivity

  • 3.5mm Stereo Analog Input: For connecting to an external device with a 3.5mm stereo output such as computers, smartphones, tablets, mixers, and more.
  • Optical Input: For connecting to a TV with an optical digital audio output.
  • HDMI Input: For connecting to an HDMI-compatible playback device, such as a BD/DVD player, a satellite and cable TV tuner, or a game console.
  • Bluetooth 5.0: Easily play content from a Bluetooth-compatible smartphone, tablet, or computer. In addition, the unit supports multipoint connection and can switch between two Bluetooth devices for playback.
  • HDMI Output: For connecting to a TV that supports Audio Return Channel (ARC).
  • RCA Mono Analog Output : For connecting to an external subwoofer with an RCA mono cable.

Huddly IQ Camera for Conference Rooms Kit

The Huddly IQ Camera for Conference Room with Mounting Bracket is a step forward in conference cameras. The IQ connects to your computer via USB, providing power and video to your computer via the downloadable desktop app. No drivers are needed to work on Linux, Chrome, Windows 8, 8.1. 20, and it is MacOS 9.x and 10.x compatible. The IQ is also compatible with virtually all collaboration software platforms.

Not only does it feature a wide-angle lens with a 150° field of view, but it also features real-time dewarping for a natural looking image. The power of the IQ camera is in the AI functionality that allows it to recognize the number of people, and their positions, in the shot and automatically adjust framing to best cover the room and people in the shot. Manual control is available as well if you wish to override the camera’s choices. You can mount the camera upside down and it will automatically correct the image. Incorporated into the camera is a hinged mounting block that has a 1/4″-20 threaded hole that can tilt the camera up to 90° when mounting.

AI Control

An onboard neural engine allows the IQ to see, understand and respond to its environment in real time. The IQ takes away the need to control the camera manually by automating the user experience.

Manual Control

Manual control is available via the Huddly app for Mac and Windows. The app enables manual control of the camera and informs you when there is an available update.

Genius Framing

With Genius Framing the camera detects the people in its wide-angle field of view and automatically frames them.

Real-Time Frame Adjustments

The IQ can pan, tilt, and zoom on the 12 MP video creating tighter shots or following someone as they move.

Analytics

The IQ gives organizations crucial insights into how their meeting spaces are being used with analytics data accessible via the Huddly InSights API. With Huddly’s unique single-lens, multi-stream functionality, IQ detects and counts the people in the room in real time. This analytics data can then be securely shared with management dashboards.

The five-element microphone array is software-enhanced and delivers optimal vocal clarity, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.
