IoSafe x517 20TB 5-Bay Expansion Chassis (5 x 4TB, Standard NAS Drives)

Expand the overall storage capacity ioSafe’s 1517 5-Bay NAS Array using the ioSafe x517 20TB 5-Bay Expansion Chassis. The x517 provides up to 20TB of additional storage in a 5 x 4TB configuration. Much like the 1517, the x517 is fireproof up to 1550°F for up to 30 minutes and protects data from while fully submerged in up to 10′ of fresh or salt water for up to 72 hours. The x517 also supports 2.5″ and 3.5″ SATA drives, features, hot-swappable drive bays, and connects to your 1517 using an integrated eSATA port. Included is a power cord and protection is provided by a limited 5-year hardware warranty, along with five years of ioSafe’s Pro Data Recovery Service (DRS). DRS includes free in-house data recovery, up to $5000 per TB coverage for third-party forensic data recovery services, coverage for servers or other devices attached to the ioSafe x517, and advanced replacement of the ioSafe x517.
