Kramer AV WP-580T/D(W)

The Kramer WP-580T/D(W) is a decora wall plate with a single HDMI connection that also has an integrated HDBaseT transmitter.  You input your HDMI connection and on the back of the wall plate it outputs your signal over a twisted pair cable that can reach a distance of up to 230′.  The WP-580T/D(W) is HDCP compliant, supports resolutions up to 4K, and features 3D and EDID pass through.
