he LG HECTO 100″ Laser LCD TV with Smart TV offers a unique combination of a laser TV LCD projector and a 100″ display panel that is equal to four 50″ TVs. A narrow bezel helps deliver an even more immersive viewing experience. This Laser TV supports Full HD 1920 x 1080p native resolution and a Laser Diode Based Light Source that promotes vivid color and sharp contrast – even when watching sports and action movies.

The HECTO model is equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity as well. Smart TV features include access to premium content from Netflix, YouTube and Hulu Plus. It also supports SmartShare connectivity from compatible mobile devices and Intel Wireless Display (WiDi). For intuitive control, it includes the LG Magic Remote as well, which affords hand gestures, mouse-like scrolling and voice control capabilities. For added convenience, the Bell’O Rack projector stand is also included, which means you have everything you need for setup right out of the box.

LG Smart TV Features

This LG HECTO Laser TV model features built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity that supports Smart TV features and online access to premium content including Hulu Plus, Netflix and YouTube – directly from your Laser TV projector. It also has a built-in web browser for surfing the web. However, an Internet connection and certain subscriptions are required.

Tru-Laser Technology

LG’s sophisticated Tru-Laser technology uses an innovative laser diode light source to ensure all your media remains undiminished and highly visible – even if you’re watching in a brightly lit room. The HECTO’s Full HD 1080p resolution delivers smooth, lifelike images as well, which provides hours of enjoyable viewing without eye fatigue. There’s also an included anti-reflection display screen that further improves your viewing experience by preventing eye-straining glare and reflections.

With a Full HD native resolution of 1920 x 1080p, the Laser TV projector will provide sharp picture detail and lifelike colors.

Laser Diode Based Light Source

The Laser Diode Based Light Source delivers a wider color-range and deeper color-saturation than traditional projector lamps. Plus, its fast, pulsing laser-light eliminates motion blur and color break-up as well.

LG Magic Remote

LG’s intuitive Magic Remote lets you pick and choose what you want to watch with a point and click or with LG’s Voice Mate function, which is capable of recognizing how you naturally speak to change the channel or access premium content providers like Hulu Plus, Netflix and YouTube. The LG Magic Remote can also be used to control your Blu-ray, HTiB, set-top-box and sound bar so you don’t have to search for the right remote for each of your different media devices.

ON Now

ON Now makes it easy to find programming suited to you. Enter information about the programs you like and ON Now will recommend titles for you. As you begin to select programs the recommendations become even more tailored to you. You can also use ON Now to find what’s popular, what’s trending and what your friends recommend.

Built-in Wi-Fi

Getting your LG Laser TV connected to the Internet and online content is easy thanks to the integrated Wi-Fi. If you have an existing wireless home network, set up is quick and you won’t have to worry about messy cable clutter. The integrated Wi-Fi also supports wireless DLNA sharing of media with other compatible devices connected to your home network.

Access to Premium Content

Access premium content providers like Hulu Plus, Netflix and YouTube direct from your Laser TV. You’ll be able to access your favorite movies, TV shows, games, apps and more.

Intel Wireless Display (WiDi)

Thanks to Intel Wireless Display (WiDi), there’s no need to crowd around a small screen. You can share content from any WiDi-enabled PC, laptop or mobile device without running wires to the Laser TV base. You’ll even be able to make edits to content on your laptop or PC while it’s displayed up on the big screen. This makes the HECTO system great for working on group presentations.

USB Connectivity for Video, Music & Photo File Playback

The rear panel of this Laser TV features two USB ports where you can connect a portable USB hard drive or USB memory stick. You’ll be able to project and play back your saved video, photo and music files. For added flexibility, multiple file formats are supported including DivX, MP4, AVI, Motion JPEG, MP3 and JPEG.
