The 1 RUĀ 16 x 16 Composite Analog Video RouterĀ fromĀ Matrix SwitchĀ is an aviation model based on the COTS (commercial off the shelf) concept and designed specifically for installation in military aircraft. Modified to withstand vibration and the temperature stresses of aviation, the router boasts aĀ wide range isolated DC-DC converter plus EMI filter and MIL certified DC input connector, and it is certified for performance with a 24-hour burn-in process.
It features 16 BNC inputs and 16 BNC outputs. It has a minimum signal bandwidth of 50 MHz. This router offers a built-in webpage interface for control and configuration using a PC or mobile device (Interactive Demo). It supports MASCOT protocol and select third-party protocols. Additional control interfaces on this router include USB, RS-485, RS-232, AUX GPIO, and TCP/IP over the Ethernet interface. Remote panels (available separately) can be used with this router for remote control over TCP/IP. The built-in button panel provides an additional interface for directly changing the matrix routing state.
This analog video router can be used standalone or combined with additional analog video routers (available separately) to produce a 2-channel YV router or 3-channel YUV or RGB router. When used in conjunction with the MSC-GCP2U32 LCD remote control panel, multiple analog video routers can be combined to expand the available input or output channels, using cascaded systems or input replication.
