MuxLab 500760 Overview

The MuxLab HDMI 4K/60 KVM over IP Extender Receiver is based on SDVoE technology and accepts a server/workstation signal with UHD 4K/60 support from up to 328′ over Cat 5e/6 cabling. The signal is delivered with zero latency from a corresponding HDMI 4K/60 KVM over IP Extender Transmitter, sold separately.

With up to hundreds of servers/workstations supported in a workflow with a 10-Gigabit Ethernet switch, an operator at the receiver end can manage all of them in a KVM workflow. A remote monitor, keyboard, and mouse can be connected to three USB ports, and powered audio speakers can be plugged into a 3.5mm audio jack. The receiver also features 2-way IR for remote management and RS-232 support via a 3-pin terminal block. Two RJ45 ports are provided. One is a 10-Gigabit port and the other a 1-Gigabit port for connecting network devices.

Note:

When the receiver is installed in an electrically noisy environment, an STP cable must be used. Also, cross-connection reduces the effective distance depending on the grade of twisted cable used.
