- QD to Modular plug for Plantronics H-Series Headsets
- For Plantronics A10 Cord (P/N 66268-01, formerly P/N 33669-01) is a special cord (QD – Modular) which allows for an H-series headset to be adapted to headset-ready phones which would normally take a P-series Polaris headset and other direct connect applications (check compatibility first). The typical application for these cords is a call center or office already equipped with H-series headsets, and a new Polaris-compatible phone system is purchased.

Plantronics A10-16 66268-02 H-Series Telephone Headset Cable Cord PL-A10-16
The Plantronics is ideal if you already have a headset port on your telephone – simply buy a U10P cable and an all-day use headset. The Plantronics A10-11 cable connects specific phones to Plantronics corded headsets.

Avaya manufactured T7316E phones (i.e. T7316E phones with Avaya logo) are not compatible with the A10-16. When using Plantronics H-Series headsets, Avaya logo T7316E phones can only be used with M22 Vista Amplifiers. Nortel logo T7316E are compatible with the A10-16 Quick Disconnect cord.
