The PureLink HDS-21RS is a 2 input and 1 output HDMI auto switcher that can auto scale resolutions up to 1080p at 60Hz.  The switcher can be controlled via the front panel buttons, RS-232, or with the included IR remote control.  Another feature is that it provides auto switching, it will detect the last plugged in signal and automatically switch.  The switching is extremely fast and seamless, perfect for presentations.  A unique feature at this price point is an integrated multiviewer, offering picture on picture and split screen capabilities.  The switcher is HDCP compliant and is ideal for conference rooms and home theater settings.
