Powered by the QuTS Hero operating system, the TS-h1677XU-RP 16-Bay NAS Enclosure from QNAP is designed to deliver exceptional performance while growing your network’s storage capacity to support collaborative 8K media editing, file serving, backups, and more. A 3.6 GHz AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Eight-Core processor and 32GB of DDR4 memory allows the TS-h1677XU-RP to serve data from up to sixteen 3.5″ or 2.5″ drives for up to 700 concurrent users. This rack mount enclosure includes two Gigabit Ethernet and two 10Gb SFP+ ports for exceptionally fast data connections. Peripherals and external storage drives may be added using the four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and the USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A and Type-C ports for a maximum throughput of up to 10 Gb/s from compatible devices. Expansions including graphics cards, additional network cards, and more may be installed into the PCIe 3.0 expansion slots.
