Manage your bandwidth-intensive workflows with the Sonnet Technologies Solo10G 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ PCIe Card. Installing the card into a full-height or low-profile PCIe 3.0 x4 slot allows you to transfer data over an LC fiber optic cable at up to 10 Gb/s with compatible switches. That’s 10x the speed of a traditional Gigabit Ethernet port. You can use this high-bandwidth connection to quickly transfer 4K or higher resolution video and other large files to shared network storage. Additionally, the network adapter card is compatible with Sonnet’s Thunderbolt expansion systems, is optimized for low host-CPU utilization, and supports MacOS, Windows, and Linux-based computer systems.

SFP+ Transceiver
The included 10GBASE-SR (short-range) SFP+ transceiver allows you to connect to 10 GbE network devices using LC optical cables up to 984′ long.
Two Mounting Brackets
The Solo10G SFP+ PCIe Card includes both a full-height and low-profile mounting bracket for installation into any PCIe slot.

Thunderbolt Expansion
The Solo10G card is compatible with Sonnet’s Echo Express and xMac Thunderbolt-to-PCIe card multi-slot expansion systems, which are available separately. They allow you to connect the Solo10G to a Thunderbolt 2 or Thunderbolt 3 port if you don’t have an available PCIe slot.
