Enables SMPTE-311M to single mode fiber adaptation for HSC or HDC Series, providing power supply to the camera head
The HDCE-100 camera extension adaptor can convert the SMPTE-311M fiber from HSC or HDC Series to single mode fiber for long distance transmissions. The HDCE-100 provides the power supply to the camera head, avoiding the need for local power supply in the field. The HDCE-100 can also supply power to the 4K live camera through a BPU-4000 baseband processor unit when a CCU is not used for the simple 4K live systems.

Power Supply to the Camera Head available
The HDCE-100 provides power supply to the camera head through the SMPTE-311M fiber connection to avoid the need of DC local power supply.

Long-distance HD production with single mode fiber cable
The HDCE-100 provides long-distance transmission from a camera to a Camera Control Unit (CCU) with single mode fiber cable.

The HDCE-100 weighs approx. 4 kg and is 145 x 124 x 365 mm (W x H x D), fitting into a 19-inch rack mount.
Supply power to the cameras
The HDCE-100 can power the camera head by its SMPTE-311M fiber. If connecting the HDCE-100 to a BPU-4000 baseband processor, users can also supply power to the 4K live camera F55 + CA-4000.
