Designed for home or commercial installations, the MXV-0808-H2A V3 4K60 8×8 HDBaseT Matrix from WyreStorm extends HDMI video up to 115′ using HDBaseT and powerful, VLC (visually lossless compression) technology to maintain signal integrity. It offers eight HDBaseT zone outputs and four mirrored HDMI outputs that can be paired using separate hybrid optical/HDMI cables. This V3 model features multiple display on/off options including RS-232 zone routing and automatic, API, and custom triggered CEC commands.
DCI 4K60 4:4:4 and HDR
This 8×8 Matrix uses lossless compression technology that originated with the WyreStorm flagship H2XC platform to handle both current and future video content technologies up to DCI 4K60 4:4:4 and high frame rate HDR. This VLC enables you to send the highest current HDMI 2.0 bandwidth to the 8×8 Matrix’s eight HDBaseT zones.
Mirrored HDMI Outputs
Pair this matrix’s four HDMI mirrored output ports with WyreStorm’s HAOC hybrid optical/HDMI cables to transmit up to 164′ or with any extender for HDBaseT or OM3 fiber transmission.
CEC and RS-232 Routing
This MXV 8×8 V3 model enables you to power displays on/off using RS-232 routing to discrete zones and using automatic, API, and custom-generated CEC commands.
De-Embedded Audio
Audio de-embedding enables the MXV 8×8 to extract audio signals from either source devices or from the output, following the zone. S/PDIF connectivity enables this matrix to send multichannel 5.1 audio to local A/V receivers or downmix to stereo using the separate EXP-CON-DAC-D converter.
