XFX RX 6800 Overview

Based on the RDNA 2 architecture and designed to handle the graphical demands of 4K gaming as well as 1440p at high frame rates, the XFX Radeon RX 6800 Speedster SWFT 319 CORE Gaming Graphics Card provides an immersive gaming experience with your PC games. The GPU features 16GB of GDDR6 VRAM and a 256-bit memory interface, offering improved performance and power efficiency over the previous RDNA-based generation.The front panel of the card features a variety of outputs, such as DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1. HDMI 2.1 supports up to 48 Gb/s bandwidth and a range of higher resolutions and refresh rates, including 8K @ 60 fps, 4K @ 120 fps, and even up to 10K. The RX 6800 is not just about high-resolution gaming. Computationally intensive programs can utilize the GPU’s 3840 cores to accelerate APIs. For cooling, XFX Force implemented a triple fan cooler.

AMD RDNA 2 Architecture
The RDNA 2 architecture, developed by AMD, features enhanced compute units with 1st generation raytracing accelerators, a visual pipeline, and first generation AMD Infinity Cache technology, enabling high resolution gaming performance with vivid visuals. RDNA 2 architecture delivers performance and efficiency as well as features that gamers want. The Radeon RX 6800 is optimized to deliver real-time lighting, shadow, and reflection realism, thanks to DirectX raytracing, variable rate shading (VRS), and more.
AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR)
AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) uses upscaling technologies to help boost your framerates in select titles and deliver high-quality, high-res gaming experiences. This temporal upscaling technology is designed to deliver similar or better than native image quality. The adjustable image quality settings allow you to customize the AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution, allowing you to choose between quality or performance, or both.
XFX Ghost Thermal and Cooling Technologies
The XFX Ghost Thermal design cools your GPU with ease. The design features straight through airflow venting to significantly improve cooling and compliment the open design of the Ghost Thermal floating shroud design. Each of the three fans has thirteen blades each. The fans increase total airflow, allowing the GPU to provide quiet long lasting operation.
Zero DB Fan Technology
XFX fans are equipped to run at the highest possible performance, while the Zero DB fan system will also keep your fans running at efficient rpm in order to minimize annoying fan noise. It achieves this by lowering the rpm all the way down to Zero rpm. When the heat starts to build up during intense gaming, the triple fans will rev up as needed.
