Use the Aegis Configurator Software with 10-Port USB 3.0 Type-A Hub to quickly pre-load data and set up PINs for up to 10 compatible Apricorn secure storage drives at up to 5 Gb/s. Simply install the Configurator software onto your Windows PC from the included USB key. Then, plug the powered 10-port USB hub into an available USB 3.0 Type-A port to set up and manage custom profiles for repeat deployments and implement corporate security policies. The software automatically recognizes compatible devices and allows administrators to program, configure, and provision them with features and PINs. Storage devices can also be configured with Admin and data recovery PINs in a User Forced Enrollment state, where users are required to create their own unique PINs.
Flexible Configuration
The Aegis Configurator is compatible with Windows 7 or later and can be used to program features and PINs from master profiles into compatible Aegis secure devices. It can also be used to search the histories of specific devices for previous configurations, reformat drives, and auto-generate random Admin, User, and data recovery PINs.
