Gefen HDMI Male to DVI Female Locking Adapter Cable

The Gefen ADA-HDMIM-2-DVIFN is a HDMI Male to DVI Female Locking Adapter Cable. The Gefen HDMI to DVI Locking Adapter cable provides a solution for securely connecting a DVI cable to a display or other device with an HDMI input. This adapter provides a 6″ cable extension and a Gefen locking connector for strain relief and secure connections.

How It Works
Using the lockdown screws on the cable, attach the adapter cable to the male DVI connector at the end of the video cable. If possible, use the locking screw to plug the HDMI connector into the display or other HDMI device input. To relieve strain on the HDMI connector, the adapter may be secured to the display with a cable tie.

*Note: The Gefen HDMI to DVI Locking Adapter Cable does not support an audio connection through the HDMI port.
