Pyle Pro PDWM1980Ā Overview

TheĀ Pyle Pro PDWM1980Ā is a wireless handheld microphone system offering a simple, budget-friendly solution for speech and vocal reproduction in house of worship, special event, and business applications such as live performances, karaoke, parties, and presentations.

The PDWM1980 comes with a tabletop receiver and a wireless handheld microphone. With its dynamic capsule and feedback-inhibiting unidirectional pickup pattern, the handheld mic is well suited for vocalists, DJs, public speakers, and hosts.

The receiver’s volume control, balanced XLR output, and unbalanced 1/4″ output allow easy level adjustments and proper hookup to the input of a PA speaker or a professional mixing console. The receiver is powered by a USB connection or an optional power supply, while the microphone runs on AA batteries. The receiver offers a dedicated USB Type-A port for charging a mobile device.

Wireless Handheld Microphone

Durable and easy to use, the wireless handheld mic is ideal for karaoke singers, DJs, presenters, and hosts. The mic features a dynamic capsule and a unidirectional polar pattern to reject off-axis sound and allow higher gain before feedback.

Tabletop Receiver

The compact tabletop receiver offers simple operations with a mic volume control, a power switch, a digital LCD screen, and powering via USB or an optional external power supply. It also sports a USB Type-A port for charging a mobile device.

With a balanced XLR output and an unbalanced 1/4″ output on the receiver, routing audio to a mixing console or PA system is straightforward. The receiver features two external rear-mount antennas for extended range.
