The Thor HDCOAX-8 8-Channel HDMI to QAM Modulator is an eight-channel HDMI input encoder capable of delivering 1080p resolutions via RF thanks to its dynamic switching between various modulation protocols. Eight CVBS and eight HDMI input ports encode MPEG-2 video and three audio protocols to your CATV RF output and integrate into your preexisting RF ecosystem. The HDCOAX-8 also features a 50 to 100 ms ultralow latency and closed captioning. Easily install the unit thanks to its rack-mountable design and plug-and-play format. System updates and web-based control can be achieved via the NMS port. An LCD display on the front panel and various buttons offer another form of control.
